40033 The system has not allocated an interrupt for the adapter you are installing. Please free an IRQ using your system's BIOS configuration utility and then reinstall this driver.
40034 The system has not correctly configured the adapter you are installing. Please try moving the adapter to another PCI slot and reinstall the driver.
40035 The system has not enabled bus mastering on the device you are installing, the driver will attempt to enable bus mastering when it loads. Run adapter diagnostics to see if bus mastering is allowed in this slot.
